In 1996, Donachie, Fenton and Associates, Inc. (DFA) was established and has continued to be a leading software development company, specializing in the design and implementation of warehouse management systems. We believe that our commitment to customer service, coupled with our many years of successfully installing Warehouse Management Systems, puts us in a unique position to accomplish our goals. Our Principals Kevin Donachie has been installing systems for over 20 years, primarily focused on Warehouse Management Systems. His many years of system implementations, in conjunction with his managerial skills at both the warehouse project and administrative levels, provide the expertise required to serve our clients. His early career work in the technical aspects of computer systems, combined with his project management on customized and standard warehouse system installations, gives him the invaluable perspective needed to respond to our customers needs. Our Team DFA staffs a nearly 7 day 24 hour help desk, with response times and problem resolution second to none in our industry. DFA has reseller partnership arrangements with many of the primary hardware vendors, for radio frequency equipment, computer servers, printers and bar code equipment,. This allows DFA to serve as our clients single point of contact (if so desired) for an entire Warehouse Management System implementation.
